Shipping and Returns
Placing an Order and Shipping
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express payments. Wire Transfers and ACH Payments can also be arranged upon request.
When you place an order, we will calculate shipping costs based on the order weight, package size, your location, and the shipping option you’ve chosen. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. You will be able to preview the total shipping and tax costs before completing checkout.
Shipping to the continental U.S. is free on all orders of $199 or more, unless otherwise noted.
Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Items purchased from us that are unused and remain sealed in their original packaging may be returned, and must be received within 30 days of item delivery date. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued less the shipping charges. Used and/or damaged items are non-refundable. Please note that some manufacturers may charge a restocking fee of between 15-20% on the return of non-defective merchandise.
If an item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 business days of item delivery. A replacement will be issued in these situations.
To process a refund, please contact us so that we may provide you with a return authorization code. Packages returned to us that are not pre-authorized cannot be accepted.
Refused deliveries are subject to a refund less the cost of destination and return shipping, along with any restocking fees assessed by the manufacturer.
